How to Place an Order and Our Company Policies

 

There are several ways to place an order

1. You may simply call us at 713 771 1127, we are here during regular business hours, Monday

through Friday, Central Time.

2. You may place an order via our shopping cart system. We will e-mail you to confirm your order.

There may be additional shipping charges on heavy items or on items going out of the US.

3. You may e-mail us with a list of items that you wish to order, along with your full shipping

address, and we can give you a full quote. This is especially helpful with International customers.

 

Payment

We currently accept Payments via Paypal, Money Order, Cashiers Check, Western Union, Bidpay, or Cash. We do not accept regular credit card payments at this time. We do not accept personal checks. Make Payments payable to Bunker Militaria.

 

Shipping

We ship most items UPS Ground. Other UPS services are available for an additional cost. Small

items ( for example small items costing less than 20 dollars ex. helmet chinstrap) are shipped

postal mail to save our customers on shipping. ALL International orders are shipped postal, with

most being shipped EMS. We are not responsible for the loss of international packages that are not shipped

EMS! Our shipping prices for domestic orders are as follows

up to $20 - $6

up to $40 - $9

up to $100 - $12

up to $200 - $14

up to $500 - $16

Please keep in mind that heavier orders ( 10 pounds or more) or international orders may require

additional shipping charges.

 

Returns, Exchanges, Refunds

Items that need to be returned due to defects, wrong size, or error on our part will be shipped back

at our expense. NOTE: We will not pay return shipping on an item because you simply do

not like an item. Also, this does not mean that if you order a 42 tunic, and we send you a 42,

but you really need a 46 that we will pay for your return shipping. Please make sure that you

know your size when you order. Any tailor or nicer store can measure you if you do not know

for sure what your size is. Furthermore, an item will not be considered defective if it is a 60 year old

item that has one scratch or is in a condition that does not agree with you, we are mainly

referring to reproduction items that have some sort of manufacturing defect. We describe all items

very thoroughly and have many pictures of most items. You have 10 days to inspect the item upon receipt of

item.

 

Items that need to be exchanged or refunded for reasons OTHER than - defects, wrong size, or error on our part will be shipped back at the customer's expense. An example of this would be a tunic that was ordered and does not fit due to the customer not requesting the correct size. Please ship items via UPS or Postal with some sort of delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for items that do not make it back to us. Please contact us first before making any return. All refunds or exchanges will be made within 30 days of receipt of the item. Unfortunately we have to charge a 10% restocking fee on items that are returned just because a customer changed their mind. We have never had to do this, and hope not to, so please be reasonable. Refunds will be in the same form that the original payment was received. Example, if you pay with Paypal, you will receive a refund via Paypal, not by check or cash.
